Bjorn B. Krane, M.D.
After medical school, Dr. Krane attended the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in order to complete a one-year internship in internal medicine. He received his neurology training at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, followed by an additional year of training in neurodiagnostics as a fellow at the University of Chicago. He currently practices in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Krane is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and practices as a general neurologist. He treats neurological conditions such as stroke, headache, dementia, parkinsonism, vertigo, epilepsy, and polyneuropathy. A special focus of his practice is the diagnosis and management of tingling numbness of the arms or legs. Dr. Krane preceptors medical students as a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology at the University of Washington. He also is the director for the Northwest Hospital Neurophysiology Lab. Dr. Krane is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM), and Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR).
